October 20 2017 Chapter Meeting

Please join the NYC Chapter for our October meeting at Rosie O'Grady - 800 7th Avenue, NYC. A sit-down lunch will be served with soft drinks; a drink ticket redeemable for wine or beer will be provided and a cash bar is available for additional beverages.

 

Registration for individuals, groups and tables of ten can be made below at the cost of $75 per seat. Ticket purchases for 10, 20 and 30 will automatically reserve a table for the company. Attendees who indicate CPP status when registering online will receive a certificate at the meeting for one (1) CPP continuing education credit.

Speaker BIO: Phil Bartlett, Inspector in Charge, United States Postal Inspection Service

 

Inspector in Charge, Phil Bartlett, began his law enforcement career in Massachusetts in 1985. He joined the United States Postal Inspection Service in 1993 and was assigned to the Washington Division. While in Washington, DC, Inspector Bartlett conducted hundreds of criminal investigations involving a variety of crimes including: Robberies, Assaults, Identity Theft, Financial Crimes and Narcotics. He was promoted to Program Manager in 2002 and assigned to Inspection Service Headquarters in Washington, DC.  As Program Manager he assumed overall responsibility for the National Identity Theft Program.  He was promoted to Assistant Postal Inspector In Charge, New York Division in 2005 and served in this position until his promotion to Inspector in Charge of the Newark Division in April 2011. In May 2013, INC Bartlett was promoted to the position of Inspector in Charge of the New York Division, the agency’s largest division, with responsibility for more than 350 Postal Inspectors, Postal Police Officers, contractors and support personnel.

 

INC Bartlett graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. In 1991, he received a business degree from Boston University.  In 2013 he completed the Executive Leadership Training Program facilitated by Management Concepts and in 2015 became a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Registration Details

Upon a successful payment a receipt for the total amount charged to the credit card will be sent to the purchaser’s email. A second email will be sent to the purchaser confirming all registered attendees with their entrance ticket. Tickets for additional attendees will be sent to the purchaser unless an email address is listed for the attendee, in which case the ticket will be sent to the attendee.
