Please read the following message from Colin Brennan, Executive Deputy Commissioner, NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services
In this time of uncertainty and humanitarian need, I am inspired by so many of our partners who have asked me for ways they can help. This virus has shown that we are more connected than we realized, and especially during this critical time, we should do all we can to help each other.
Under the leadership of Governor Cuomo, New York has established a process for accepting donations of essential goods, services, and spaces to support the state’s response to the COVID-19 public health emergency. As you may have heard, New York has a critical need for supplies, especially ventilators and personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, gowns, and masks.
If you have the ability to donate or sell any goods or services to support New York’s response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, please click this link and fill out the form. If you have questions, please email mailto:COVID19supplies@esd.ny.gov and a state representative will contact you.
If you or someone you know is a health care professional who can offer their medical services, we need their help too! Please feel free to send them this link where they can donate their time and expertise.
Thank you all and please stay safe.
