ASIS-NYC Recruitment Challenge-Ends August 31st

ASIS-International membership is now half-priced through the end of the year! Let’s remain the leader and keep the NYC Chapter one of the biggest and most active in the country! Recruit your colleagues and peers. 

TWO RAFFLE OPPORTUNITIES:

1.     Recruiter Raffle: Any Chapter member who recruits a new or non-current member to join between now and the end of August, the recruiting member will be entered into a raffle that will cover their 2022 membership dues. Please have the new member share your name along with their membership receipt. You can receive a raffle entry for every member recruited.

2.     New-Member Raffle: Every new or non-current member who signs up between now and the end of August will also be entered into a raffle to cover their 2022 membership dues. Provide a receipt of your new membership for entry.

To submit your raffle entry or for further questions, email asis.yp.nyc@gmail.com. All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm on Friday, September 10th.

Make sure to select the NYC Chapter as your local chapter; you must be a NYC Chapter member to be eligible for either raffle. Future chapter events and products will have special perks for chapter members. Stay tuned!

ASIS NYC Chapter Golf Outing on June 7th, 2021 at The Village Club at Sands Point

On a hot and beautiful day earlier this summer, the ASIS NYC Chapter held its annual charity golf outing at The Village Club at Sands Point on Long Island. The June 7thevent raised $5,000 for the New York State Troopers Signal 30 Benefit Fund. 

After teeing off at 10:00 am, forty teams made up of chapter members, sponsors and volunteers spent the day networking, golfing, and enjoying an on-course BBQ lunch. The day on the course was followed by an open-bar cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres and then a sit-down dinner. During dinner, the NYC Chapter raffled off many impressive prizes including a 90-inch TV, golfing equipment and other great prizes.

The New York State Troopers Signal 30 Benefit Fund supports the members of the New York State Police and their families who have life struggles including death, illness, injury, and loss. Signal 30 also provides an extensive scholarship program to provide benefits for children of Troopers. Thank you to the event sponsors and Chapter Members making the day another successful event!
